Job Title: Mobile Plasterer (Multi-Trade)

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance
Perform general multi-trade repairs such as basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and painting as needed.
Respond to service requests and planned maintenance tasks in social housing properties across South London.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, in line with industry regulations and company procedures.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Complete accurate paperwork and digital records of work completed, including materials used, time spent, and any follow-up actions.
Communicate professionally and courteously with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
