Their commitment to safety is at the core of everything they do, and they are now looking to expand their team with a dedicated Lead Health and Safety Advisor.

They are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Health and Safety Advisor to join their team. Reporting directly to the Head of Health and Safety, you will be responsible for overseeing all health and safety aspects of our commercial projects, ensuring compliance, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of safety across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage health and safety operations across multiple commercial build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects

* Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures

* Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits

* Provide expert guidance and training to site teams and management

* Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions

* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

* Report health and safety performance and issues to the Head of Health and Safety

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry, preferably in commercial build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects

* Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels

* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

* Willingness to travel to various sites as required
