As the IT portfolio manager here, you will lead a team of finance and ogvernance associates, ensuring a consistent and proactive application of good financial practice and Cadent governance processes across the IT Portfolio. You will lead the development of in-house financial & governance processes to enable our agile transformation and relentless improvement.

Key Responsibilities  

Responsible for contributing to the Agile practice alignment and integration with other IT functions; Portfolio Value Office (was APMO), Product Lines, Scrum Teams and provide timely and effective communications.
Accountable for managing any financial changes being introduced by the Agile Transformation.
Responsible for leading on Financial & Governance improvements to enable continuous improvement of IT Agile practices with focus on quality and faster delivery.
Support & enable from a Finance & Governance perspective the delivery of products and value by the SAFe Agile Release Trains
Monitoring of the overall investment and financial performance of the IT department and reporting this to Ofgem
Ensuring Cadent finance policies are followed directly
Represent finance interests in all IT Portfolio meetings  

Skills and Experience
Relevant IS governance certification
A strong understanding of IT IT control and governance framework
Excellent communication and reporting skills for all levels and the ability to challenge senior stakeholders and provide clear and appropriate direction
