The Role
As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support in the UK office. This is a hands-on, office-based role that will see you working across 1st and 2nd line support, collaborating with teams across the business, and helping to implement new systems and tech upgrades.
You’ll play a vital role in maintaining infrastructure, resolving issues, and enabling your colleagues to work productively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support across hardware, software, and internal systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when required
Support system upgrades, maintenance, and IT improvement projects
Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure
Contribute to IT documentation and help refine internal support processes
Respond to ad-hoc support requests and liaise with global teams as needed

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
Solid troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities.
A genuine interest in IT systems and eagerness to learn.
Organised, proactive, and a team player.
Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, or support tools.
Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment.
Experience working with Azure, Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, or IT asset management.
