Avanti Recruitment have partnered with a global engineering company that innovates and manufactures safety and communications devices used across various industries. Due to company success, they’re looking to expand their engineering capabilities with a firmware engineer, where you’ll be collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in the design and development of their new products.

Projects are fast-paced, typically lasting between 12-18 months so this is a great opportunity to be involved throughout the full product development life-cycle of multiple projects.

Required skills / experience:
2 years' professional development experience using Embedded C
Microcontroller programming for embedded systems (STM32, ARM, Raspberry Pi) Desire to learn, expand your skills, and progress your career

Nice to have:
Knowledge & experience working with C++
PCB design using Altium
Experience with MISRA-compliant programming
Professional experience in a safety-critical industry (medical, automotive, defence, etc.)
Experience working on telecommunications projects
Experience with audio projects

On top of progression, this role is offering up to £50,000 base salary with additional benefits such as Discretionary annual bonus 25 days holiday + bank holidays, enhanced pension contribution up to 10.5%, Salary sacrifice health & life insurance, and hybrid working.
