Main Duties:
Coordinating diaries and calendar management
Organising and arranging travel arrangements
Building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
Event Coordination
Greeting visitors and organising meeting rooms
Coordinating personal appointments and household administration
Skills/Experience:
Must have at least strong 3 years PA/EA experience
Excellent attention to detail
Minute taking experience
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Effective communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
Exceptional organisation, workload and diary management skills
Flexible approach and positive, can-do attitude
