The Role

As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas systems across a range of commercial properties. You’ll be responsible for planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and installations, working within a supportive and professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial gas systems.

* Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs on heating and gas appliances.

* Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

* Support other engineers and subcontractors as needed.

* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team and clients.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

* Relevant commercial gas qualifications, such as COCN1, CODNCO1, or equivalent.

* Proven experience in maintaining and repairing commercial gas systems.

* Strong technical knowledge of heating and boiler systems.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

* A valid driving license for travel between sites.
