Red Sky Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction company, seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team in Pinner. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong numerical skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurate data entry using an automated invoice recognition system
Monitoring invoice approvals and preparing supplier payments
Communicating with external customers and suppliers
Generating supplier and customer reports
Processing staff expenses
Bank account and credit card reconciliations
Required Skills & Software Experience
Essential:
Microsoft 365 & Outlook
Basic Microsoft Excel (data manipulation)
Sage Line 50
PaperLess (or similar invoice recognition system)
Microsoft Word
What We're Looking For
Strong numerical skills and basic accounting knowledge (understanding of Debits, Credits, Balance Sheets, and Profit & Loss)
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A self-disciplined and team-oriented approach
Confidence in a fast-paced construction environment
