We are looking for a talented Software Engineer*to design, develop, and enhance software solutions that meet user needs. In this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

- Writing Clean, Secure Code: Develop high-quality, secure code using a test-driven development approach.
- Open and Reusable Code: Ensure your code is accessible by default and easy for others to reuse and build upon.
- Project Leadership: Plan and lead the development of related stories, ensuring cohesive and efficient progress.
- System Knowledge Sharing: Understand the entire system architecture and take responsibility for teaching this to others within the team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and disciplines to ensure the right solutions are built.
- Mentorship: Provide coaching and mentoring to junior developers, helping them grow and improve.
- Production Support: Assist in the operation and maintenance of production services, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- System Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance the robustness, resilience, and stability of systems.
- Adherence to Engineering Standards: Follow established engineering guidelines throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
