Remarkable Jobs, recruiting on behalf of a leading film and lighting hire company, is seeking a full-time, permanent Equipment / Logistics Control Manager to join their team in Brimsdown, Enfield. This onsite role requires a 6am start time and involves managing the daily operations of equipment logistics, including vehicle dispatch, job returns, and equipment checks.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing vehicle departures and equipment returns
Planning daily operations, counting, testing, and checking returned equipment
Reporting missing, damaged equipment, and cons usage
Managing and training the logistics and equipment control team
Ensuring dispatch accuracy and health & safety compliance
Requirements:

Experience managing people in an operations/logistics department
Strong IT skills
Experience in the film or production industry
Knowledge of AV or lighting equipment is advantageous
Valid driving licence
Flexibility for a weekend rota (1 in 4)
Hours:

Core hours: 6am - 2pm/3pm (flexibility with lunch breaks)
Occasional weekends on a rota basis
