Senior Site Manager Required – Externals Biased – Top Residential Developer – Up to £80,000 + Package

Invision Group are currently recruiting for one of the fast growing developers in London. There is a requirement for an Experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the externals package of a multiple phase redevelopment in the Heart of London.

The Position:

Reporting directly into the Senior Project Manager, you will be tasked to manage and oversee the External Package of a block. You will be responsible to Promote Health and Safety good practices, whilst achieving Programme, Quality and coordination of the site activities, programme, and planning. Ensure people management of all disciplines and maintain a good relationship with key stake holders. Client relationships to be managed in a professional manner.

The Project

* Will provide 985 new 1-4 bedroom homes

* New Residential Development with greenspaces, shops and office spaces

* 1.4 Acre Public Park

* This is a 3 phase development

Requirements:

* Externals Bias

* Large Residential Development experience

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
