The Clinical Lead Overview

On behalf of an award-winning organisation, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a nurse qualified Clinical Lead to manage the nursing team within a medium sized nursing home in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

This fabulous home specialises in dementia and nursing care for elderly residents. As the Clinical Lead, you will support and mentor the nurses and oversee the clinical standards when on shift. Hours will be 40 per week, working day shifts.

The Clinical Lead Candidate:

Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN)
Must have experience of leading a team
Good CQC knowledge and experience
Passionate about delivering high-quality care
