Factory-based, Commutable from Nottingham, Hucknall, Ripley, Stapleford and surrounding areas

Are you a Passionate Engineer with a background in R&D, Product Development, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar looking for a highly autonomous role looking to join a industry leading bespoke manufacturer where you will have the autonomy to manage, improve and implement manufacturing processes with the opportunity to put your own stamp on the role?

This is a rare and exciting opportunity where you will be further invested in and trained in the technical expertise that this manufacturer offer, whilst having the autonomy to manage your own expert level manufacturing teams.

This role will suit someone from an Electrical or Mechanical background looking to be recognised as a task expert with future career progression.

The Role:
*Managing and overseeing the production and manufacturing department to ensure duties and responsibilities are met
*Overseeing the Manufacturing processes to improve the coordination of it to ensure best efficiency.
*Further bespoke industry technical training

*Experience in the Manufacturing industry
*Looking to work within a leadership / Technical specialists role
