As Senior Security Manager you will manage all aspects of security to ensure the security and safety of visitors, teams, property and brand. No day will be alike. People are at the heart of our client’s business and as such ensuring a welcoming environment to all who visit and work there is paramount to their success.

The Role:

As the subject matter expert on security, you will be the first point of contact on security for internal and external stakeholders. Other responsibilities include:

* Oversight and management of the Contract Security Team which includes a Security Operations Manager and a dedicated team of security professionals.

* Ensure the security contract is delivering value for money and providing a first-class security service.

* Develop policy, procedure and training programmes.

* Conduct regular risk review and keep up to date on emerging threats and risks.

* Provide advice and support on all matters of security.

* Business Continuity and Emergency Response Plans.

* Counter Terrorism.

* Ensure the same level of security is mirrored across other sites in the group.

The Person:

* Proven experience within a similar role.

* Passionate about security with the ability to influence at all levels.

* The ability to promote a positive security culture throughout the business.

* Experience of managing 3rd party contracts, ensuring KPIs are met, value for money is delivered
