Business Development Consultant: Niche Sector Leeds
We are a specialist group of niche sector recruitment agencies, concentrating our efforts on supplying both temporary and Permanent staff to the Construction industry, and are looking for an additional member of staff to join our Electrical and Mechanical division.
Main duties of the Business Development Consultant to include:
* Part of a small team you will be focussed on increasing business with existing, lapsed, and new business.
* Contact potential clients via telephone, face to face meetings, email, WhatsApp, social media channels
* Maintaining excellent working relationships with existing clients.
* Contacting “lapsed clients” to remind them of our unique service and win back their business.
* Target new business, using various methods to include local knowledge, networking events, ABI etc.
* Build rapport and confidence with our clients to obtain repeat business.
* Taking detailed information from the client for each project they require labour on
* Work with the team to assist in filling electrical mechanical vacancies when required.
* Having constant communication, both telephone and face to face, with clients
* Obtaining client feedback on the staff sent.
Attributes Required:
* You must be able to work as part of a small team, all aiming for the same result.
* Have exceptional Business Development and/or B2B sales skills.
* Have the ability and desire to make client contact over the telephone.
* Enjoy business development and client account management.
* Be IT literate, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Possess a pro-active, can do, energetic attitude.
* Enjoy what you do and aim to be successful.
* Are open to in-house training on both sales and the labour supply industry
