Mechanic / Welder / Fabricator – Hertford / Essex - up to £19 per hour DOE + Benefits
We have exciting opportunities for skilled Mechanics / Welders / Fabricators to join our clients in both Hertfordshire and Essex. In these roles, you will work with a variety of machinery and equipment, including agricultural machinery, haulage trailers, tanks, and other heavy-duty equipment. If you have experience in maintenance, repair, and fabrication work, and are looking to join a dynamic team, this could be the perfect role for you!
Role Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair a wide range of machinery, including agricultural equipment, haulage trailers, and tanks.
* Perform welding and fabrication tasks to support repairs and maintenance.
* Diagnose mechanical issues and provide timely repairs to minimize downtime.
* Use various welding techniques and tools to fabricate and modify parts as needed.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on-site or in the workshop.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure machinery is maintained to the highest standards.
* Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Salary / Benefits:
* Up to £19 per hour (based on experience)

Skills / Experience Required:
* Experience in mechanical repairs and maintenance of heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, or haulage trailers.
* Proficiency in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work with various metals.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in welding, fabrication, or mechanics (advantageous).
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workshop or on-site environment.
