Commercial Finance Manager | up to £100k | 2 days in the office | Chiswick

IN2 Consult are supporitng a client based in Chiswick who are looking to bring in a Commercial Finance Manager who will report into the Head of FP&A and ultimately liaise between the FP&A, Commercial, Regulatory and Data teams. You will be responsible for leading the analysis and accouting for the energy revenue and cost of sales, business partner and take ownership of the budgeting and 5 year plans. This role will be focused on commercial finance but you will have a varied position and a chance to progress.

Job Duties:

Lead and manage the Gross Margin financial planning and analysis processes
Develop and maintain the annual budget and quarterly forecasts along with the 5 year plan
Implement financial strategies to optimise performance
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis
Manage and review financial reports related to Gross Margin
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications:

ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification - Proven experience in financial planning and analysis - Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes - Previous experience in people management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar commercial finance role - Retail Energy industry experience - Experience in implementing financial strategies - Experience in reviewing financial reports

Knowledge and Skills:

In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis - Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software
