Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the improvement of homes for local communities, with the potential for long-term employment.

Position: Floor Layer
Contract: Temp to Perm
Location: The ideal candidate will be based in any of the following areas: RG,OX,SL,SN,GL
Salary: Competitive pay (depending on experience) + benefits
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Installing and repairing a variety of floor coverings, including vinyl, carpet, and laminate, in social housing properties.
Ensuring all floor installations comply with health and safety standards.
Conducting repairs and maintenance as required.
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
Working closely with the team to meet project deadlines.Requirements:

Proven experience as a floor layer.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of floor laying techniques and materials.
Full UK driving license.
