The firm's highly regarded planning practice advise on the full range of planning matters for a range of both private and public sector clients including developers, local authorities, and housebuilders. Their lawyers specialise in development schemes, planning application, planning policy, development control, affordable housing, compulsory purchases, environmental impact assessments, planning agreements, judicial reviews, as well as development, infrastructure and regeneration projects.

The team also advise on urban extensions and new settlements outside of the London. Contentious planning matters include CPOs and appeals, seeing matters through to both the High Court and the Supreme Court.

The team are now seeking a Newly Qualified solicitor to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a top tier international or city law firm and be experienced in all aspects of planning matters as well as have excellent academics gained at a top university.
