Client Service Executive | London - Office/Home | Full Time | £40,000-£50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

They are looking for a Client Service Executive to join their team, reporting to the Head of Client Services and providing dedicated support to their Investment Managers. You will be responsible for client administration, working with their allocated Investment Manager in direct communication with clients, to facilitate the best outcomes for clients.

Are you the right person for the job?

At least 2 years’ financial services experience working in a front-facing administration role
Able to handle a high-volume workload
Focused, with high attention to detail
Proactive and happy to get stuck in
Able to work with unsupervised
Discreet with sensitive information
What will your role look like?

Client onboarding (AML verification checks and client risk analysis), including regular updates to clients on progress
Client administration - asset movements, one-off payments, regular payments, queries
Client meeting and suitability schedule i.e. making sure the IM knows which clients are out of date/coming up for review
Client meeting preparation, incl. attending client meetings as required
Client communication – answering queries via email and telephone
Responsible for W8 renewal for their IM clients
Ensuring that valuations and tax packs are sent, either soft or hard copy.
Supporting IM on CGT, ISA transfers, mandate updates, ongoing administration
Ad hoc and ongoing client correspondence as required
Diary management
Support IM with building new business
Prepare proposed portfolio, proposals and presentations for pitches to potential clients
Stay on top of policy updates and procedures to ensure the team is aware of any changes
