PROJECT MANAGER NEWPORT

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Project Manager with New-build, refurb and mixed use experience to join a dynamic and privately owned Client based in Newport. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading multiple projects.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee coordination of internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

*

Guarantee projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

*

Develop comprehensive project scopes for commercial new builds or refurbishments, outlining clear objectives and feasibility plans for stakeholders.

*

Manage resource availability, allocation, and overall project progress effectively.

*

Implement verification techniques to address changes in scope, schedule, and costs.

*

Monitor project performance, report findings to management, and escalate issues as needed while fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.
