Reach out to custoerms via phone, email or letters to recover overdue payments.
Work with customers to set up affordable repayment arrangements while ensuring compliance with policy.
Provide supprt and guidance on finaical difficulties, offering solutions to help customers manage debt.
Update customer accounts with payment arrangements, conversations and action taken.
