* My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor.
* Works include Cladding & Roofing.
* Working on a variety of prestigious buildings and bespoke projects, both in the UK and overseas, predominately commercial and residential.
The Role - Designer (Facade/Cladding)
My client are looking to appoint an experienced Designer to join the team.
The role will include:
* Ensure all construction drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality standard.
* Manage the development and implementation of design proposals and ensure they meet the client’s expectations.
* Adhere to budget constraints to maintain developed design as financially viable.
* Present proposals for approval to the client.
* Oversee the design process using technical expertise.
You will have a good understanding of Facade/Cladding/Roofing industry.
