I am working with a food manufacturing business in Leicestershire which are looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer. The ideal candidate is Multi Skilled and has experience working in a manufacturing site.

Key Responibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on production machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Identify mechanical, electrical, and automation faults, implementing effective solutions to maintain production flow and food safety standards.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all equipment complies with food industry regulations, including HACCP, BRC, and health & safety protocols, while maintaining accurate maintenance records.

*

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and improve overall production efficiency.

On Offer

* £18.50 an hour

* Monday to Friday, 7am to 4.30pm.

* 28 days AL

* Life assurance
