What You'll Be Doing:

* Reporting daily spend and service performance to the General Manager, using contract performance reports to guide decisions.

* Managing operations to meet customer expectations and exceed KPIs, specifically within a courier or same-day delivery environment.

* Manage and oversee the successful delivery of a large logistics contract.

* Lead and support site managers, driving high standards across operations and customer service.

* Develop strong customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact for contract-related matters.

* Analyse contract performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost efficiencies.

* Monitor and ensure compliance with all company standards, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.

* Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the contract aligns with the company's strategic and commercial objectives.
