Key Responsibilities:
Engage in B2B telesales to cross-sell and upsell payment services and additional products to existing and potential clients.
Leverage your knowledge of the energy market to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, providing consultative advice and superior customer service.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales team to share strategies and drive overall team success.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in telesales or business development, ideally within the energy or payment services industry.
Strong B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
