What We're Looking For

Proven experience in managing a residential care home

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team

A stable career history with a track record of commitment and longevity

A solid inspection record, ideally with Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes

Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of dementia and mental health care (preferred)

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
