Join The Recruitment Co. as a Recruitment Consultant at our well-established Durham branch based in Peterlee to develop and grow a warm desk that supplies staffing solutions to our clients within the Industrial and catering sectors.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Durham will include:
Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well written adverts to attract the best talent
New Business Development and Client growth
Outbound sales calls
Sourcing applicants, matching to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
Working to KPI's and understanding of your sales pipeline
Production, implementation and execution of basic sales plans
Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectations
Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year on year growth of sales revenue, margins and profit ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
Regular weekly client visits and drops so ideally you will be a driver with access to a car
Best practise administration and record keeping
