CAD Technician – Roofing

Location: Warrington
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

* Create detailed CAD drawings and technical plans for roofing projects, including layouts and elevations.

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design specifications are met.

* Revise and update existing CAD drawings based on project changes or client feedback.

* Assist in developing design solutions that are both practical and cost-effective.

* Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building regulations and industry standards.

* Maintain an organised library of design documents and ensure all drawings are backed up and archived appropriately.

* Support the project team with technical advice and guidance during the construction phase.

About You:

* Proven experience as a CAD Technician, ideally within the roofing or construction industry.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.

* Strong understanding of construction and roofing principles.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Knowledge of relevant building regulations and industry standards is an advantage.
