Key Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience in UK design consultancy, with a strong focus on the residential sector.

* Expertise in managing Section Agreements (278, 38, 185, and 104).

* Mastery of industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Civil3D, WinDes, and other relevant tools.

* Ability to lead and mentor a Civils team, working alongside the Regional Director to inspire growth and development.

* Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with a natural ability to influence and inspire.

* 3+ years of experience and a passion for starting an exciting new chapter in your career!
