Impact Recruitment are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor, on our client's behalf, to join their business and to ensure continued growth in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to embark on a new challenge for a development-focused company in Corby.

You will develop and manage a team of varied production employees and lead them in executing the production plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the success of the production team, ensuring all aspects of the production process are operating at maximum capacity and with high efficiency.

Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm.

The role:

Coordinate internal resources to maximise the performance of the production team.
Maximising personal and company success both individually and for the team.
Consistently meet SOPs and high quality is maintained throughout.
Ensuring safety standards are never compromised by themselves and the team.You will be responsible for:

Ensuring all employees have all training, tools, materials and support necessary.
Achieving production targets through managing and assigning resources efficiently.
Ensuring that ZERO customer complaints are made from the work output.
Assisting Operations Management on special products where required.What We're Looking For:
