We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our Estates Services team in Nottingham. This is a full-time role where you will provide significant technical expertise in mechanical and electrical services, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance of essential infrastructure and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise on mechanical and electrical services within the Estates Services team.
Collaborate with Facilities and Operations Managers to implement and manage cost-effective maintenance contracts for specialist technical engineering services.
Ensure that core infrastructure, plant, and equipment are operating optimally to support business continuity.
Plan and deliver planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance in line with customer care, governance, safety, and quality standards.
Manage and oversee procurement and operation of planned maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
Lead the delivery of capital projects related to mechanical and electrical services.Person Specification:

Proven experience in mechanical and electrical services, preferably in a facilities management or estates-related environment.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing maintenance contracts and capital projects.
Ability to work within budget, safety, and legislative guidelines.
