They are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate their growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and ambitious team, working alongside experienced professionals in a company that truly values its people.
Are you the right person for the job?
Proven track record in Business Development, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry or other labour-intensive services.
Experience or ability to learn Bid writing and tender process.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and maintain a proactive approach to sales.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the North West.
What will your role look like?
Research and generate leads, leveraging market insights to approach potential clients in need of high-quality commercial cleaning services.
Engage with key decision-makers, understand their requirements, and create tailored proposals to win new business.
Implement and execute a business development plan that aligns with our company's growth objectives.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
