* Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE)

? Your Role

* Lead on a mix of commercial projects & professional instructions

* Manage technical due diligence, project works, maintenance plans & more

* Deliver expert advice on dilapidations, party walls & reinstatement valuations

? What You'll Need

✅ MRICS Qualified

✅ Experience: Either in an Associate role or stepping up from Senior

✅ Skills: Strong communication, team player, full project lifecycle knowledge
