My Client is looking for a Transaction Management Executive to keep their Horizon system updated and ensure smooth lease management processes.

With a specific focus on Retail Property, my client is one of the most thrilling companies in the property industry right now, they spot exciting investment opportunities quickly, and they are a team of highly motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage lease uploads and resolve MRI issues

* Set up new properties and tenants

* Handle lease renewals, assignments, and rent reviews

* Liaise with solicitors, asset managers, and tenant admin teams

* Oversee acquisitions and disposals, including stakeholder contacts and compliance

They’re looking for someone with initiative and a positive attitude who can come in and support the wider property team. You will need to have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritize tasks. Previous property administrative experience is essential for this role. This role is looking to pay between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum with additional benefits.
