Job Title: AC Installation Engineer
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £35k - £40k per year
Hours: 42.5 hours/week (08:00 - 17:00, with flexibility to work 07:00 - 16:00)
Call Out Rota: None
Van & Fuel Card Provided: Yes
Tools Provided: Only specialised tools such as (vac pumps, recovery rigs, etc.)
About the Role:
Our client are an up-and-coming force in the AC Industry. They’re expanding and are looking for a skilled AC Installation Engineer to join a growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a stable and supportive environment. You’ll be installing VRF and MHI systems, with no call-out rota and a great work-life balance.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Installing VRF and MHI air conditioning systems in commercial and residential properties
* Managing installations from start to finish, delivering top-quality results
* Building strong client relationships and representing the company on site
* Collaborating with a close-knit team of 7 engineers (5 Installers, 2 Service & Repair)
* Working in a safe, organised environment with a focus on quality
What You Need:
* F Gas qualification (essential)
* IPAF/PASMA (advantageous)
* Experience with VRF and MHI installations (preferred)
* Great communication skills, especially when dealing with clients
* Full UK driving licence
