Exciting opportunity for an Lead D365 CE Functional Consultant to join a growing D365 end user; working across a range of projects to implement new functionality, modules and to enhance their current systems capabilities.

Working in an collaborative and dynamic environment my client is passionate about being at the forefront of all things Dynamics, consistently exploring new ways to get the most out of their internal CRM systems.

Role & Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
Take ownership of functional design documents, ensuring it is aligned with their business goals and best practices.
Be a key figure in the company's implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, this will require the successful candidate to provide knowledge, guidance and support to the technical teams throughout the development and implementations.
Guide the development of custom plugins, workflows and features in order to maximise the systems capabilities.
Plan Data Migration strategies, ensuring that data quality and integrity.
Work closely with multiple colleagues including technical architects, business analysts + project managers to ensure the successful delivery.Skills & Qualifications

Vast experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform. Experience on Field Service and Sales modules would be advantageous.
Deep knowledge of D365 Modules, customisation, configurations and integration's.
Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to resolve issues throughout full life-cycle of projects.
Ability to analyse requirements no matter their complexity and to translate them into functional specifications for D365 configurations.
Strong communication skills and ability to drive teams forward in a fast-paced environment.
