FP&A Manager, Central London
£70k - £75k + Great Benefits Package

Our client, a well established and highly successful player within the entertainment and leisure arena, is looking to source a tried and tested FP&A specialist, able to deliver challenging but realistic growth targets through effective business planning.

Supporting the Director of Finance, the successful candidate will take ownership of an autonomous division and achieve rapid growth and the realisation of a significant revenue stream within the business as a whole. Key areas will include:
- developing business planning and forecasting strategies / processes and ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
- producing financial advice and support to members of the board.
- producing in-depth and value adding KPI reports.
- examining margins on a case by case basis.
- developing policies and procedures in coordination with global strategy and targets.
- budgeting responsibility and FP&A accountability.
- coordinating pricing and costing activities.
- providing functional guidance to the operational team.

The role by its very nature will have huge exposure within the business as a whole and thus a track record working and achieving results in a progressive commercial entity, maybe even a fast paced start up, is a must. The successful candidate will have an organised and systematic approach and be able to provide clear and insightful information on demand. Their focus will be strategic and progressive but not to the detriment of being able to provide technically strong and watertight financial information.
