Job Title: Senior Property Solicitor (Residential & Commercial)

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to manage both residential and commercial transactions while overseeing the property team. This role includes leadership responsibilities and provides an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages) and commercial matters (leases, acquisitions, disposals).
Supervise and manage junior solicitors and support staff, ensuring compliance and performance.
Build client relationships, provide tailored advice, and participate in business development.Skills & Experience:

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 10+ years' PQE in property law.
Strong leadership, organizational, and client management skills.

The base salary is between £55,000 - £70,000 per annum and an excellent benefits package is on offer including, a long-term hybrid working model.
