What We're Looking For:

3+ years as a Registered Manager
Experience supporting adults with complex needs
A strong leadership background, managing and developing teams
A person-centred approach, fostering a positive and enriching environment
Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
A solid understanding of CQC requirements and current legislation
A passion for continuous learning and professional growth
