Exceptional opportunity for an experienced corporate M&A specialist to join a leading national firm in Birmingham city centre.
The firm is a highly-rated Top 100 player which operates a network of offices across the country and you will be working alongside a team of experts, both locally and nationally, on high calibre corporate transactions for blue-chip clients.
The vacancy is targeted at circa 3+yrs PQE or equivalent candidates who are comfortable dealing with a variety of corporate transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, MBO/MBIs, restructuring, and share and asset purchases, whilst applicants who have knowledge of private equity and/or venture capital deals will also be of interest.
This is a rare opening for a candidate who has high quality experience accrued either at another national or regional heavyweight who is looking to take a step-up in their career, or indeed for a corporate lawyer who may be working at a large City or international firm but who is looking to work more closely with clients without compromising on the quality of work or remuneration on offer. The firm boasts an impressive and settled team, continual growth and excellent career prospects, so those looking for a long-term move with scope for professional development should be interested in discussing.
