Part-time Building Host

Manchester City Centre

8am - 1pm (25 hours)

£16,600 per annum

Office Angels are recruiting for a Building Host for a corporate office space in Manchester City Centre. Please note this is a permanent role and will therefore not be suitable for students.

Duties will include:

Meeting and greeting visitors
Allocating visitor passes
Liaising with tenants
Dealing with post and deliveries
Arranging extra services such as taxis
Dealing with any facilities issues
Ensuring reception area is kept clean and tidy
Updating internal systems
Assisting with building checks
Dealing with contractors, cleaners etc…
Assisting other members of the team if required

We are looking for candidates with:

Ideally experience in front of house within a corporate office
Fantastic communication skills - this role will involve speaking to a wide range of people and any applicants must have an excellent telephone manner as well as face to face communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Initiative and ability to prioritise
A flexible attitude
Presentable manner
