Role Profile

Are you a Procurement Manager / Category Manager with experience in non-residential construction?

Key responsibilities include:

Taking full commercial ownership for the non-residential construction category
Developing and implementing appropriate procurement strategies
Leading sourcing and tendering activities to contract award
Managing strategic supplier relationships, undertaking performance / contract management with key suppliers
Building and maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

Proven Procurement experience within non-residential construction sector
Tendering and contracting experience
Good understanding of FAC and NEC contract forms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Honed stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen
