Our client, a fanstastic housing assocation based in London is seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

There are two roles available, one covering Westminster and another covering Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for a stable, long-term role with great benefits.

Key Details:
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £40,000 per year + overtime and incentives
Hours: 42.5 per week, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Extras: Van and fuel card providedLocations Available:

Westminster – Covering SW1, W1, NW1, W2
Waltham Forest – Covering E17, E10, E11, E4, plus Hackney

Your Role:
Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs in residential properties.
Perform fault-finding, testing, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with 18th Edition wiring regulations.
Work independently with a company-provided van and fuel card.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and internal teams.What We’re Looking For:
City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 (Level 3 desirable).
18th Edition qualification (mandatory).
2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable).
Full UK Driving Licence.
Experience in residential electrical repairs and maintenance.Why Apply?
