CNC Turner

Up to £37,600 (17.50p/hr) plus 6% bonus (£18.55p/hr) plus overtime at x1.5 over 39 hrs, S63, mornings and afters

Duties

The CNC Turner will be part-programming using Fanuc controls, setting and operating CNC Lathes to manufacture a range of products in various metals and batch sizes.

Requirements

The CNC Turner will be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of turning a range of products.

Experience of programming CNC Lathes, although we would be interested in machinists with just setting and operating experience.

Long term, you will be using a Star Sliding Head so any experience of this would be ideal, but training will be provided to machinists with programming capabilities.

Salary of up to £37,600 (£17.50p/hr basic plus 6% paid monthly if no scraps £18.55p/hr))

Overtime is paid at x1.5 for all hours over 39hrs per week.

Mornings and afters (8 hrs Mon-Thurs and 7 hrs Friday)
