Job Title: Summer Pricing Intern

Location: Homebased with some travel to London Office

Duration: 8 weeks

Salary: £13.15 per hour

We are working in partnership with The AA, the UK's largest motoring organisation, who are looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our 8-week summer internship programme working mostly at home with occasional travel into our Southwark Street office in London.

As a Pricing Intern with The AA, you will be assisting the Roadside Pricing team on a variety of projects from data enhancements for pricing models, to report creation and analysis. As the largest breakdown cover organisation in the UK, this will be a great opportunity to develop your data processing skills and build a sound understanding of market leading insurance pricing processes.

What a day as a Pricing Intern entails:

Support with the enhancement of enrichment data and testing of new data sources for pricing models
Assist the Pricing Managers and Analysts with data processing and report creation
Develop your understanding of Roadside pricing to support projects that deliver best-practice pricingWhat we're looking out for:

High academic achiever in progress of a Graduate Degree level or above in numerical subject
An interest in pricing and numbers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
