Site Manager – Liverpool
Ionic Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Manager on behalf of our client.
Introduction:
Our client, a well-regarded fit-out specialist operating across the office, retail, and leisure sectors, is looking to appoint a Site Manager for projects based in Liverpool. The role is available on either a permanent or freelance basis, with a negotiable salary depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of fit-out works.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
* Oversee health and safety compliance and conduct regular site inspections.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and reporting.
* Maintain site records, project documentation, and ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
* Previous experience managing office, retail, or leisure fit-out projects.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are required.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage teams and work to tight deadlines.
* Based in or around Liverpool, with a willingness to travel if needed.
