Are you an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking an accomplished professional to join their team. This is a contract position offering the flexibility of hybrid working.

As the Cyber Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading large, cross-organisational IT change projects, ensuring the successful delivery from concept to handover and embedding in business-as-usual operations. Your expertise in cyber security, including incident management, honeypots, and SIEM, will be highly valued in this role.

To excel in this position, our client is seeking someone who is a concise and effective communicator, able to quickly build relationships with multiple stakeholders. Your self-awareness, personable nature, and problem-solving skills will enable you to navigate through continual change and uncertainty. Being comfortable with budgets, Excel, and being a fast learner are essential for this role.

What you'll be responsible for:

Defining, documenting, and executing small projects or sub-projects
Managing costs, timescales, and resources
Assessing and implementing changes when necessary
Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks
Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
Engaging and involving stakeholders throughout the project
Verifying that outputs meet required standards
Facilitating effective working relationships within the team
Formal project closure and subsequent review
Recording lessons learned for continuous improvement

Our client is seeking a motivated individual who can bring their technical capabilities to support project delivery. You will collaborate with the team to define and document small projects, manage costs and stakeholder engagement, and address risks to ensure project success. Coordination of team activities may also be required.
