At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operations Lead to be a crucial part of our innovative urban mobility team in London. Our client is a pioneering smart-mobility provider dedicated to transforming city landscapes with a suite of innovative transportation solutions. Start at latest 9th of December, possibly earlier for successful candidate

Shift Patterns:

- 5 days out of 7 - Starting at latest 9th of December, 8h a day, Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Pay Rates:

- £15/h with possibility of a raise if targets and expectations are reached.

As an Operations Lead, you will need to have:

- Proven experience as a team lead or team manager. Logistics experience advantagous

- Proficiency in using smartphone apps and navigating tech tools

- Strong command of Excel spreadsheets

- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including afternoons, evenings and weekends

Role of an Operations Lead:

- Supervise a team of Operations Specialists/Associates

- Address potential customer service complaints and manage Customer Experience concerns

- Collaborate with Borough Stakeholders to resolve issues

- Manage shifts and schedules

- Ensure correct management of bikes or scooters in high-demand areas

- Oversee back-end tracking platforms to maintain KPIs

- Cooperate with other internal teams to redistribute company fleet as needed

- Respond to and delegate tasks as necessary
