Are you an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager looking to join a leading M&E contractor with a £250m turnover?

The Fit Out Division (£70m turnover) is expanding due to multiple project wins, creating an opportunity for a skilled professional to manage and deliver high-profile electrical projects across commercial and retail sectors.

The Role
As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will:
• Oversee multiple fit-out projects valued between £7m - £15m, each running for 12-18 months.
• Lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Take full responsibility for project delivery, quality, and compliance.
• Work closely with commercial teams to maintain budgets and cost control.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Drive efficiency, health & safety, and project performance across sites in Central London (Zones 1-2).

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience managing multiple electrical fit-out projects within the commercial & retail sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing Project Managers.
• Expertise in electrical installations, procurement, and contract management.
• Ability to manage fast-paced projects while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Electrical qualification / HNC / Degree in Engineering
